The participants of the Connect2Trust Foundation are those who have registered with the foundation as participant and have been admitted as such by (or on behalf of) the Board or the director. Participants are legal entities and are each represented by two adult natural persons. Partnerships without legal personality (such as partnerships, general partnerships and limited partnerships) can also become participants.
Membership of such a partnership means membership of the joint participants. The partnership is thereby regarded as one Participant. The participants of the joint venture designate two of them as the representatives who will exercise the rights as Participant on behalf of the joint venture.
Each Participant must meet the criteria set forth in the Membership Guidelines and the Participant must have signed the Membership Guidelines and comply with all provisions contained in the Membership Guidelines. These guidelines can be requested through our contact form.
