Connect2Peace

Background

The Hague is the city of international peace and justice with many NGO’s contributing to that goal. NGO’s have an unique cybersecurity challenge by hsving limited funds while they can face adversaries up to the level of a nation state. Being in the international space makes it even harder for them to get access to the right information.

Connect2Trust, supported by the Municipality of The Hague, decided to provide that information to them through our Connect2Peace Program as part of our mission towards society and support to our fellow NGO’s as part of the 125DaysBeyond initiative. This program builds upon the outcomes of two other projects that are coordinated by The Hague Hunanity Hub: CyberSecure The Hague with the DIVD.Academy and Cyber Peace Institute that provides hands-on support, and the Cyber Resilience for NGO’s that showed their current state of cyber resilience.

Any NGO from around the world can join the program for free, provided they are an NGO that clearly contributes to international peace and justice. Funding from the municipality of The Hague allows Connect2Trust to identify current and future CTI-sharing requirements specific to these types of NGO’s and collaborate with partners from the other projects to overcome them.

If you are an NGO and want to join the Connect2Peace program or learn more about it, just contact us at info@connect2trust.nl or visit our registration page as a joiner under the Connect2Peace program.
